Hi! I’m Haley Reeb👋 My passion is balayage, lived in blondes and dimensional hair color. I take a customized approach in creating a low maintenance color plan that we design for you. As an educator for Color Space™️ hair color, this helps to continue my thirst for knowledge to bring the latest techniques and trends back to you. Being in the salon industry for over 20 years, I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with so many guests here in the Columbus, Ohio community. Your experience will leave you feeling rejuvenated inside and out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We reserve your appointment for you! We value your time and hope the same in return. We kindly ask for a 24-48 hour notice if you cannot make your appointment. All cancellations will be charged 50% within 24 hours of your scheduled service. Any no show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Arriving Late Traffic and life happens! In the event you are running behind please contact me directly. If you will be arriving more than 15 minutes passed your scheduled appointment we may need to reschedule. We want to make sure each guest can have their full experience. Guests and Minors Due to limited space we ask that you dont arrive with guests or minors unless they have a scheduled appointment. Saved Payment All appointments require a card on file and will be safely stored in our booking system. Your card will not be charged prior to any services and will only be charged at the completion of the service. In the event of a same day cancellation or no show this will be the card on file charged. Service Adjustments Meeting your hair goals, condition of your hair, and your satisfaction, are the highest priority. We always discuss the process and make sure we both get to a yes before starting your service. In the event you are not completely satisfied with the outcome, please let me know with in 10 days of the initial service. We are committed to making any corrections needed to the original service completely complimentary. *If you are requesting an additional service outside of our agreed consultation, or the time frame has passed more than 10 days an additional fee may apply. Product Returns/Exchanges Lightly used products maybe returned and exchanged for another product at equal value. If the product is malfunctioning please bring it in at your next appointment to be exchanged for a new one.
